Luxury vinyl tile is forgiving, but it fails quickly when the subfloor, adhesive or conditions are wrong. We find out which.

We test subfloor moisture, check flatness, inspect the adhesive bond and record temperatures. The report states the most likely cause and who is responsible, with photographs and readings.

- Is lifting LVT always the fitter's fault?
- No. Moisture, sunlight and product faults are all common causes. The evidence decides.
- Can LVT be repaired?
- Sometimes. The report recommends a proportionate remedy, from lifting and re-bonding tiles to full replacement.
