After our on-site inspection you receive a detailed written report of our findings. For a homeowner who simply wants to discover what is causing their flooring issue, the Silver Package is perfect.
If you only need to know what or who is to blame and how it can be fixed, look no further. The Silver Package is also ideal for smaller, less serious disputes - for example a problem with your installer where a basic independent report confirming whether the workmanship is up to standard is enough to settle the matter.
Some issues with installers or suppliers may need a more in-depth inspection depending on the size of the job and the level of complaint. In those cases the Gold or Diamond Package is the better fit.

Gold Package
Best for: Cases where the other party will only budge with undeniable evidence
When a dispute has been running for some time, several parties are involved and neither side will give ground, the Silver Package is no longer enough. The Gold Package delivers an inspection and report that is incredibly difficult to argue with.
After our inspection we provide written and photographic evidence of who is at fault, leaving very little for the offending party to challenge. Where the case warrants it, materials are sent to a scientific laboratory for testing.
This is the package most often chosen for larger and lengthier disputes where the other side will only accept liability when confronted with hard, visual evidence from a professional independent flooring inspector.

Diamond Package
Best for: Severe cases almost certain to be heading to court
The Diamond Package is designed for severe cases that are almost certain to be heading to court. Although court accompaniment can be added to the Silver and Gold Packages for an additional fee, with Diamond it is included as standard.
Alongside our usual inspection and report we add video evidence and a background check on the materials used - looking to see whether the same products have shown up in other problem installations across the UK.
The evidence we gather and lay out in our findings is undeniable. We clearly explain what went wrong with the flooring during installation, what should have been done to avoid it and what should now be done to remedy the problem. If someone is to blame, we will tell you who.
